Help - Vfx startup problem

Please help?
Running Vfx with WIN 7
when I start up Vfx
I get black screen,
Program never loads...
Incredibly frustrated

The black screen is probably because you don't have an external display, simply double-click to remove the fullscreen master from your workframe.
