look back in the MIDI tab and see if the device is on line or off line

Is there a way for me to get the new U-Mix drivers at another format other than (.exe) ? I m trying to install them through win7 manually and through the ''device manager'' options..but windows need the drivers in the format (.inf) in order to reckognize the files..

Your computer need to be able to handle usb audio devices. He must do this with oem drivers.
When you plug the U-Mix Control Pro, it will be seen as a usb audio devices, and no drivers from our side is needed.

After this step, to get the most of the soundcard, you'll need the asio drivers.

I had the same problem some time back. What windows 7 does is set the U-Mix Control Pro to the default soundcard, when that happens Cross does not pickup the controller or the Soundcard and gives errors.

After you have started the laptop plug the controller in and the check what the default sound driver is.
