Re: Delete Cue Points

Christian, I sort of understand but in my case, I have start cue points which I might have created accidentally or might have been created by Cross in the incorrect place.

I would assume that as I have installed the Cross program from an administrator account I would get full priveleges to use it.

As it is I have to mess about with my PC to get Cross to run correctly on it. Surely most of the people who buy Cross/U-Mix dont want to be messing around all the time with their PC settings?

   :?: the original concern was cue points the solution would be to see if resting cue points to the postion that they should be or where you want them, keeps them there,, if you reset them and they reset themselves then that would be a problem,,,to solve and take issue with. have you tried the recommendations to reset them and are they staying where you put them :?: :?: :?: if not are the original track encoded by another software with that cue marker :?: :?: if so then Cross will probly keep changing them , sinces it reads whats in the track

I hear you, fact is people who dont wanna mess around with their PC buy a mac.

Per se windows machines are set to go fine for a 5 and 50 year old at the same time, and also for games and office-software.
If you wanna use it with an professional-realtime application theres no way around that. Unless you spend as much money as for a mac and just hope the system is powerful enough to ignore the primary purpose it is set up to.

So maybe with 8gb and an i7 theres no need to do the optimization,
But i highly doubt that.

So what im trying to say is windows by default is like a car with all security options enabled, so even if you have the power It wont let you unleash it until you tell it to. Like a porsche with a speedlimit, useless for pros ;)

Hi Daniel,

Yes, I have found how to move incorrectly positioned start cue points.

However as we have seen to do this I have to go a very long way around and this involves making changs to the windows system.

So I can reposition mu own start cue points now.

However, I still question why all of the above conversation is needed.

There must be an easier way. Ouestioning is good!!!

Still no solution on this? o.O

Got the same problem...and tried nearly everything :/

How can I delete this auto-created cue-point? Cross does this always then, when you beatloop a track. it's right on this position, where it starts & saves the point constantly.

A track has always a main cue point in Cross.
If the default one is not correctly set, just change it...
