Well I have a better solution of your problem.
If you analise your track when loading it to a deck, immediatly, you'll see some waveform.
While the track is beind analised, you can move the track with mouse or keybor or controller or timecode, depending on what are you using, and if you set a cuepoint manually before track analisys finishes, Cross will not set an automatic CUEpoint, and Cross leave the set Cuepoint where you put it (But you have to make shure, that you set your Cuepoint to a different time position than 00:00, so Cross will se that it is manually changet and will leave it there
)
You can also set a Locator right when you the track so, after analisys, you got a fulli functioning Cuepoint, and it takes a couple seconds to just put the cuepoint on the right place
Note: It is anojing sometimes, mostly on dubstep tracks, so I keep analising my tracks befor I'm mixing (I selec all tracks -> Right Click -> Analisys -> Analise ALL), and I usually leave the computer on for night to analise all my track in a row.
