Left MIDI jogwheel not working (still)

- Download 'midiox' (google it) and install it. Select Vfx Control in "Options > MIDI devices"
- move the jogwheel with your finger on the top: message should be something like "b0 19 ..."
- move the jogwheel with your finger on the wheel: message should be something like "b0 20 ..."

Is it the case?

Ok I installed MIDIOX and as you instructed and here is what I discovered.
TIMESTAMP IN PORT STATUS DATA1 DATA2 CHAN NOTE EVENT
000E0B6A.....1....3.....B0.........20......3F.....1.....-----.Bank LSD

Now I also noticed touching the top of the left jog wheel doesnot change the event value : Note On or Note Off. This works well for the right wheel however. Also the event for the right jogwheel shows Control Change and not Bank LSD

Any Ideas?

OK that's interesting. Please have a look at the picture below:
- touch the left JW top => you should see 90 50 7F
- move forward => you should see b0 19 41
- release the JW top => you should see 90 50 00

If you don't have 90 50 7F and 90 50 00, there is an issue with the JW touch sensitivity. Then post the same screenshot than I posted to confirm the issue.

Maybe your fingers are to dry: try to wet you fingers.

I solved my problem...was kinda silly though seems like the jogwheel's cover was the problem. I removed it and stuck it back on....now it works perfect. I figured out the problem from the results of midiox..it showed that there was no command being sent from the jogwheel when I tapped it. Figured there was a conflict with the contact within the wheel...any ways problem solved..
