No rights to download Cross DJ 1.7

I am currently using Cross DJ 1.6 which came with my Mix Vibes U-Mix Control Pro. I am trying to download version 1.7 of the software but am getting a message "no rights to download" . Does anyone have any ideas?

Hey,

you can test this:
Delete all cockies at the forum after that login again to the forum and check if the download then works
Directlink to deleting all Cookies: ucp.php?mode=delete_cookies

It should work if not contact support@mixvibes or some other from the dev team.
