MY idj3(Numark) is not working with the Cross DJ softwere!!! What can i do for configure my table with the softwere?

not shure what section is proper to post in but double postings are confusing little bit more info as to what going on ,,

Go to preferences/MIDI
Can you see a tab named Ion discover at the top of the controler list ?
If yes, simply select the Ion discover into the list.
If not then check if the hardware is seen by the device manager of your computer.

i will be more especific, some functions of the table are not working, its all desconfigured...example: to start the music i need to press the cue bottom...the buttons of the table are not corresponding with each function... how can i configurate propaly?

whats pdf?? i fixed some button here...but many of them are out of functio..like de cue bottons, the loop bottons...i need to use the mouse to use them...not good

pdf is the manual included in the software there is allso documtation in the fourm on the product page under documation, if you are using U-Mix Control Pro ther is a firmware update,, not enuff info to give a proper solution which leads to guessing, more info so we might know whats going on

if you go to the Numark web site and go to products idj3 under documation there is a section for proper download of drivers and support for using the controller with mixvibes and Cross this infomation is easly appernt at the web site for your controller please read the instructions and any other issues we will gladly assist with , if we can,,

i saw this video here, in the Numark site about idj3 with mix vibes Cross, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qMgYBNDXPX8, is working beautiful!..but mine here is not, i dont know why..i didn't find any dowload for idj3. Here, the sound is going great..i could configure that, i can control the sound by the idj3 and other stuffs, but still have some functions lie the loops, the cues, other thing is that i can hear the sound in headphones, but i need to control that using the mouse, the softwere didnt reconized the table functions.. Any idea??
