I've been reading a lot of favourable reviews for this handy piece of equipment. Has any tried it on Cross DJ 1.7 yet, or am I likely to be the first. It looks like just the thing I need for a laptop system. Here's a link if anyone is interested: http://www.Numark.com/dj2go

If you're not afraid of doing the MIDI mapping, nothing should prevent it from working.

I'm certainly going to give it a try. MIDI mapping is no problem, and the fact that it's a basic controller is perfect, as I'll be using it live, and the less button and controls to hit by mistake is a must! I'll report back when I've tried it.

I tried mapping Numark's DJ2Go to Cross 1.7.1. Some controls worked while others did not.
Play and Pause for both decks works fine as do the gain controls. The load buttons also work. The Jog Wheel only jogs in one direction (forward.) I could not figure out to make the Jog Wheel work in reverse.
The LEDs don't light either.
If anyone has a mapping for the DJ2GO please share it with us.
Thanks,
Jeff

Thanks for the information Jeff. Ditto on the mapping! If any helpful soul has anything, I'm sure we'd both be grateful.

@Jeff You could try these mapping setting. These settings were for my old RMX, which had just a basic action (forward and backward movement) which I persume the DJ2GO has Jog 1.jpg Jog 2.jpg Give it a go mate, there's no harm in trying DJ Jeff Neil wrote:The LEDs don't light either.
For this you actually need the cc note of the buttons LED. Once you have these notes, you then have to manually edit the new device mapping xml you have created and insert this notes. I have tried it with my Hercules 4-Mx but it got to complicated for me. So I decided to leave it how it was
