Please can you help

Postby Steve Lias on 28 Nov 2011, 20:10

I have recently purchased mixvibes cross-really enjoy the software but the last 30mins of a 5 hour set last weekend, when the right turntable played I had sound out of 1 speaker, when the left turntable played it came out of both and this went on for the last half an hour.

I am using the laptop with DJiO soundard into a Numark CD mix 3(as the external mixer) into 2 powered speakers.

Any suggestions please?

Cheers,

Jill

Steve,

As Daniel has said, could you please register your Cross serial.

User Control Panel > Profile

ucp.php?i=169

Once this is done, you should be able to download the latest update for Cross (which is 1.7.0) from your Download Centre

downloads.php?cat=1

Give this update a try and see if it has cured your problem ;)

Sounds like a balance issue mate. Have you tested your mixes, cables & soundcard output independently?
