Hi!
I just bought a new computer, I installed Cross, 1.7.0 and connected my U-Mic Control Pro, but there is no sound coming thru the speakers. I have the speakers connected to the controller, but sound from Cross wont play, other files, for example Youtube will, even tho it is connected to the controller.
Hope you can help me with this problem.

have you installed the fw-update?

just follow the given instructions for the update,

also did you use the asio-driver?

Nope, don't think so, but now I have, no news, when I connect my headphones to the controller, no sound comes out as well.
Asio-driver? Not sure what that is.

that´s the driver you need to run it....

Under preferences>audio it doesn't show up, but it does on my other PC, so I guess I doesn't have it.
how do I get it, or is it built in to the computer?

Also if you slightly move your head to the right, there should be something that says "download center"

I've downloaded and installed it, still doesn't work.
I think there may be a problem with the built-in sound card in the controller /:

you said it showd up on the first computer and not the second, my first question is did you get it working at all any time,,, what is your preference/audio set at dual stero, with the proper outputs selected,, a little bit more info and or screen shots of your audio set up. there are posting of problems with sc set and pictures of proper set up for U-Mix Control Pro,,, verfiy that the info in the manual and start up guide is how you have it set up
