pad/cc MIDI problem

I guess that's not a glitch. The Bi-Filter is the only FX having a "centered" amount, so when you select it the knob track becomes centered!

As said before, "Inc.-Dec. Button (as Note)" and "Direct Integer Button (as Note)" have been added. They're to be used for buttons sending CC instead of Note messages and map them to Integer controls, and then corresponding to your requests! I can't believe you can't see them

I have looked more into it now and here's a more educated feedback (I hope so)

so we have now 3 new presets for some functions when using a knob which are
Inc-Dec Button (as Note)
Direct Integer Button (as Note)
Integer Map Fader/Knob

As I wrote earlier, I find the last one to be the most convenient to map auto loop lengths or Fx select to knob [0-127] although the range need to match the number of values that are mapped.
15 FX -> [0 - 14] for the range
8 Auto Loop lengths -> [0 - 7] for the range

It is exactly what I want in this case although it will not be quite intuitive for the beginning MIDI user.

However I still cannot use a pad in CC mode the same way that I can use the same pad in PAD mode.

For example, I want to map the pad 8 to FX on/off (1 in pad, 2 in CC) I'm not offered the same presets in both cases
in pad mode: (Channel 1 - Note 0x2B) I get Toggler Button and Holder Button
in CC mode: (Channel 1 - Controller 0xC) I get Logic Fader/Knob, Toggler Fader/Knob and Holder Fader/Knob

ps: I can set up a pad in CC mode to being momentary or a toggle but it doesn't change anything in Cross

SylMV you seem pretty confident that it should work with v7.1. Any idea what I could be doing wrong knowing that the same thing works in Traktor??

I hate to do that but I'm bumping this thread as it is important (to me)

I have checked the mappings available for the LPD8 in the download section and they only use the pads in PAD mode. I'm surprised nobody ever requested that change.

Is still being investigated? did you give up on me??

Ok guys I tried this over the week end and it worked. I had to set the range as [1 - 100] with the Toggle preset and it looked fine.
