I have 1.5 Cross and it works perfect with everything I do. I use Dicers with it and use the MIDI setting given in Cross settings and works great. Now with 1.7 the hot Cues are horrible. I can switch cue as fast as my fingers go with 1.5 and no delays but wtih the 1.7 the delay is so bad I can not use them with the 1.7. So can the support team take a look at this for the next update. I know it is not my computer or it wound not work so smooth with the 1.5.

not saying it your computer but the spec and revelent info might help the support team replicate the situtation /senerio. any thing that might help them solve the issue,, every system ,set up is different , even down to what systems are running in the background,web cam,,etc.. the more info the better

Cross is running on a Mac Book Pro OS X Version 10.6.8. Processor 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo. Memory 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM. Nothing is turned on I keep the computer clean. Just use I tunes for my song list. I also use the ccleaner. I turn my airport off when i use my system. Once again everyting runs smooth on the 1.5.

All these are known and the team is working for a solution. I have the same problems (delay in loading tracks, locations). Just give them a liitle time.

You're lower than the specs, so as far as the software will became fatter you'll see performance decrease.

I have recently installed Cross DJ 1.5.4 and would like upgrade to 1.7 however I am having problems. I have supplied my Cross DJ Licence Key I presume that this is the serial number (its the same format)?

In downloads the updates link shows that there are 87 files available however when I click into updates it says "This category does not contain any downloads".

There is a search button on the same screen that will bring up various Cross DJ 1.7 downloads but I am unable to download these, there is a red icon next to the title "Download[MAC] Cross DJ 1.7.0 & release notes".

Anyone have any ideas please??

here is the specs straight from the mixvibes website and on the box which it came in:

Minimum System Requirements for MAC
Mac OS X 10.4
Intel Core 2 Duo / 1.8 GHz or higher
1 GB RAM
Hard drive space for music

So my computer is a 10.6.8 and minimum states 10.4...
my computer is 1.83 GHz and minimum states 1.8...
my computer is 2 GB RAM and minimum is 1 GB RAM

I know my computer was powerful enough because I researched this unless your website is not correct. Once again the program runs flawless in the 1.5 with the dicer but does not with the 1.7.

I didn't see it at first as well, your running a core duo instead of core 2 duo.

So probably with 1.7 and the dicers you´re now at th point where it doesn't run smoothly anymore.
