c++ media base problem-

hello to everybody, i am new in the mixvibes Vfx world, i have one repetitive problem when i mix videos the software down an appear this message, c++ mediabase error, and them i have to restart the software, this its a big problem in a live show!!!!
please let me now about possible solutions for this problem.

im work in windows 7 i5-ati radeon 5660 1 giga dedicated its a potent PC...

Hello,
do you use Vfx 1.2.2 version? What is exactly the error message (please post a screenshot)?

Have you got the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Package installed?
If not, you could try this

Can you describe when the crash appear? When you load a specific media?
