umi control pro freezing problem

My U-Mix Control Pro keeps freezing during use and also I get very short cut outs/stutters. Can anyone suggest any solutions?

Hey,

could you please give us some more details like which specs your computer has.
And please disable the power management. Windows can disable USB ports to save energy this can cause this problem too.

Could be your ASIO Buffer, set to low for your system specs. You could try and increasing it a little.
