Hi there!
I recently bought the Cross software, but when I plug in my U-Mix Control Pro, id does not respond!
I've tried to reinstall the software and connect it to other USB-docks, but nothing seems to work.
When I plug in the MIDI to my other computer, it works...

PLEASE.READ.FORUM.RULES.SUPPORT.UPDATE

* Register your software (User Control Panel > Profile > Serial Number)
* Go to the download center and install the latest versions of software and drivers
* Use the search tool to look into topics
* Check the FAQs to be sure your problem hasn't been solved already

I think the problem is that, just as you mentioned, you plug the controller in a usb-hub! that does not work!
(maybe it works if you use external poer for the controller...)

What do you mean exactly by "doesn't respond" ?

Can you select a track using the browsing knob ?
If you can, it's a config issue in your Cross.
If you can't, it might be more tricky

Did you upgrade your U-Mix Control Pro firmware using the lastest version available is the download center ? It might fix it.
