i have just received my U-Mix Control Pro...i have entered the licence key given with the softwear....but it does not recognise the key(code)....it just gives me the option to retry or quit...Can you please tell me what i need to do now??? thanks

by your heading you have regerstered on the fourm,there is a software badge in your header. next step would be to update the firm ware for the U-Mix Control Pro and then update the software to the latest version, if any assistance is needed then thats what we are here for, welcome to mixvibes :cool:

Does this key work with the delivered Cross DJ installation?

I just bought a Vfx controller package form amazon.com in the US. but is missing the registration card. I only have the intallation cd with the code, but when trying to intall it, is asking for the serail #. Please tell me how to find it and if you can provide me with one. I have the receipt and serial # from the back of the unit. Thanks.
