				hi everyone!

just bought 2 technics SL1200 mkII and Numark x5 mixer to develop my scratch, i want to use turntable for my videomix, is the DVS Ultimate package usefull for my turntable to use Vfx software?
can i use Numark x5 mixer to mix videos from my Vfx software or should i use my Vfx controller as my mixer from 2 turntables?
i really want to scratch videos so i bought 2turntables but Vfx software is the best video software for me so i want it to combine.
       is it possible?
thank u very much!

vjbadboy wrote:ok thanks, what interface & vinyl do you use
Hercules DJ Trim 4&6 or U-Mix Control Pro or U46MKII
Mixvibes Ten Years Timecode Records or Cross Pack Timecodes or DVS Pack Timecodes

You can only scratch videos with Vfx because DVS and Cross are "audio only".

As described above: Vfx!!!

You. Still use the same software but you need an audio device with 2 stereo inputs.
Iif you use Vfx with its controller you can plug one turntable or cd player only

Personally I suggest Cross with the U46MKII because I (!) like Cross more than DVS and prefer the quality of the U46MKII.
It is up to you what you prefer, you can download demos of DVS and Cross to see what you like most.
Cheers,
Steve

Vfx is also a software for time code. Use of time code to control videos is easy.
Don't think you need more than a good sound card! from any brand.

UncleVibes wrote that you can just use one turntable IF you are using the Vfx Control which has a built in audio interface too. If you are using the Mixvibes U46MKII then you CAN definitely use two turntables.

Steve
