so I have a question about your system. What operating system and specifications has your computer?
Is the controler recognised from the OS? can you see it at the device manager (like unknown device or also at the Vfx remote controller).

We need some more information to determine what could be wrong.

ok got it to work but my head phone dont sound in preview

Ok, how do you configured your system? So config report or a picture of your configuration would be helpful.

Are you using the Vfx Control? If so please configure for the two outputs in Vfx the channels 1/2 and 5/6 (!!!!!!!!) then you should be able to hear both.
