Problem with U-Mix Control 2 ``Help``

Hello i buy like 2 days ago U-Mix controller 2 comes with Cross DJ le

But the controller works only when Cross DJ le is open

i want for example to work with virtual DJ or tracktor i downloaded the mappers for the virtual DJ but nothing.... i downloaded the drivers and it said`s device unplugged but the power button is on....

Please tell me what can i do to make my U-Mix controller to work with virtual DJ

This is not the Virtual DJ Support Forums. PLease go there and ask for support. If Cross DJ LE and the U-Mix Control 2 work then all is fine for us.
