Problem with U-Mix 44 stopped working

U-Mix 44 stopped working during a session I didn't get it!!! It was working for 1 month with no issues, but at the point when I was about to record my set on the recorder on the middle of the session it just everything stopped working. i use time-code vinyl. after that I tried to re-install the driver but the problem is that my computer sees sound card as some USB device but can't really recognize it and when i try to put the Cd with the driver in the CD-ROM it says plug U-Mix 44 to your computer.
