help

I downloaded Cross 1.6 yesterday and installed.
when I lunch the application it crashed and error message below.

I tryed mac and Windows Xp but both of them Crush with same error.

Pleace help me.

how can you download Cross PC & mac 1.6 ...when you have not register your Cross software.....no register software ..no free up-date 1.6 & no help from me

did you get a E-mail from mixvibes with a Serial number ( dont post the number on the forums )...put that serial number in you user control panel / profile....to un-lock the download center to get your free up-date to 1.6....can you give more info about the Error message

As said wazza, please post your serials that where in the E-Mail in your profile, if you did not receive a confirmation E-Mail please PM me.

1. on Mac delete of U46MK2 Application.
2. on Windows selected English when Installer check.

How did you get it work if it kept crashing ...?

And why don't you register your software as requested ?
This will allow you to download forthcoming updates and to get free support !
