Just took delivery of my U-Mix Control Pro. I am running MAC Snow Leopard (all patched) and have downloaded Cross DJ 1.6 update.

When i go into file/ preferences / audio i cannot select U-Mix Control Pro from the drop down menu because its not listed. All I have is microphone, built in input, built in output and nothing else.

this obviously means that I cannot cue music as nothing is coming from the headphones, it all goes through the MAC.

any advice appreciated.

Have you installed the latest 4.2 firmware update for the U-Mix Control Pro. If not download from here

Thanks that got it as a selectable device in audio.

Under outputs I only have output1/2 under output 1 and output 3/4 under output 2.

I dont have U-Mix Control pro1/ U-Mix Control Pro 2 to select from.

Do you have anymore gems to resolve this one

That sounds about right

You should have a similar Audio routing set up as this



This is my Audio routing when I use my Hercules RMX, (You need to select the U-Mix Control Pro from your Soundcard drop down)

If it the same routing then you should be good to go.
