I'm running Discover DJ tables on my Toshiba qosmio 500 series laptop. I am using a Soundblaster USB audio card for the headphones. The setup works fine for a few moments (up to 30min) and then randomly the sound starts distorting. The only fix I have found is to adjust the buffer/sample size in the preferences and the sound instantly clears up, however, it returns shortly thereafter. Any ideas?

If you are using 2 separate soundcards (1 for monitor, 1 for master) you should try to use Asio4All. Probably the solution for your problem.

have you updated your software,there were issues (i think ) with earlier versions of Cross for discoverdj, maybe resolved if that dossnt help a little bit more info on your system set up and spec, lack of info can only let us guess at the possibilities welcome to mixvibes

Yes, as said Daniel update your software, it might solve your issue!

There's no update available for Discover DJ.
That was a one shot OEM deal with ION.
