Sean, Could you please send a PM or email to support@MixVibes.com or community@MixVibes.com, explain your situation and if you can provide a copy of a sale invoice or receipt too. I'm sure they will be able to sort you out. BTW, The team work Office hours during the week. Hope that helps, mate

Hey Jim, I have sent a message to the support and the community ids. I hope to God this issue solves easily. I have the invoice with me. My cousin bought it for me from the UK and sent it over to India. I have mentioned my hardware serial number too for their reference. Thanks so much for the reply Sean

Hey J, Honestly man, I think I was better than sherlock this time... I had couple of extra eyes on it too... Sent the mail to mixvibes guys providing the hardware serial number. Hope it solves early so much work ahead! :-( Sean
