In fact most of track tag formats only accept integer BPM values.
When you analyze a track in Cross, you got a BPM with decimals. But as soon as the BPM has been written in tag and reloaded, you loose the precision...
Let me know if this corresponds to your problem.
We'll improve this in the upcoming versions...
Now I got it iTunes deletes the decimals even if i do the update as Polocorp showed in his tutorial. Damn you iTunes
