mkv video problem.. on Vfx software

now i have done this and i want to instal it again
when i trie to do from the folder v 1.2 which i have downloaded from support site ,and here is the message ? failed because missing mfc100.dll was no found ??

do i need to instal first version from my cd - than v 1.2

Yes, I would say first install the software from the CD and then download and install the Vfx 1.2 software! Tell me if this helps you out.

i have done ass You have told me.
problem with starting Vfx is still here .
When i turn on my laptop and run Vfx it is crashing with the message
MIXVIBES HAS STOPPED WORKING .....close program

second time i run Vfx it is working ???

Well i would restart my laptop, try using Vfx and turning off all posible ports that could cause issues (Internet, bluetooth)...

Here i am again with the same problems !
let me start from the begining !
after cleaning my laptop as You have told me to do :
I HAVE INSTALED NEW WINDOWS
my laptop is empty !

unninstaling all over and over again your Vfx
the result is the same

TURNED OFF INTERNET,AWAST,BLUETOOTH .....
try to start Vfx click mouse on Vfx icon and NOTHING

second time YESSSS it is working
every time same thing !

when i start with first version i have had no problems with EFFECT BUTTONS
using new update everything is going wrong ,
WHEN I PUSH EFFECT BUTTON PICTURE ON BOTH PLAYERS IS FREEZING FOR SECOND - VU METER - DISCO BALL
Picture is freezing always when moving EFFECT BUTTON left or right.

many SWF files cannot play - COULD YOU SAY WHAT FLASH PLAYER YOU USE
i tried many of them ... and everytime some new swf starts to play NOT ALL OF THEM
i have over 600 swf and i have to test them all .
i have over 2000 videos and i have to check every single video.

When looping videos : picture stops and music is playing ! after 5 seconds video is playing again ?

i must say that i have done everything you have told me
nothing is working ONLY Vfx
when i load 3 player PICTURE STOPS AND EVERYTHING FREEZES!

now i do nit have to use cc cleaner like you suggest.
because new WINDOWS is inside.

A bit of a wild card here, but looking at the Vfx specs it ask's

3D video card with 256 MB dedicated video memory, DirectX9 compatible + secondary monitor output (VGA, DVI, HDMI)

Now looking at your laptop specs

Nvidia GeForce 9300M GS supported DirectX version 10

I no video expert but I'm thinking that if the software is asking for DirectX9 and you only have DirectX 10 installed you may need to install or at least update your DirectX 9 settings.

DirectX 9c and 10 will sit together on your system quite happily and will not conflict with each other.

You can download a run the DirectX9c web installer from here

Again, I no video expert but this may cure your problems.It's worth a try.

i have downloaded directx9 as you have told .
now i do not have problems when LOOPING ! no freezing and there is no picture stopping for second like before .

i still have gig problems when turning on effects and changing them while playing videos : stopping and freezing picture is same .

another question is :
please try to play this swf file http://www.megaupload.com/?d=MZS6659A
because Vfx cannot recognise it .
virtual is playing that swf without problems.
i use xilisoft video to swf decoder - everything is working great in other programs only Vfx cannot play.
