Vfx H.E.L.P is all i am asking (2 month)

today i was playing video in my left player
in one moment i have pushed LOCATION BUTTON and RELEASED IT

picture STOPPED (FREEZE)
but music is playing till the end of that song

push STOP and music stops
push PLAY and music is playing PICTURE IS DEAD (IS IN STAND STILL POSITION)

tried to load another song -- NO WAY

solution :turn off Vfx
and start again

happy i was not in the club .

What type of file ?
This look like a decoding issue, without the file or the encoder application/preset it will be hard to reproduce.

The last time I saw this post you were into the hand of Community, JimB and Blackbrook, so how I'm supposed to know that this is still not working ?
The title is about mkv files, mkv file are now handled, do you really think I will get into the thread to know that now it is about swf file ?

I don't use any specific decoder for Vfx nor I don't even know the flash version I'm using : it simply work.

As already said, if you can't provide the not working files we cannot fix them.

your Vfx looks great and i bought it ...even i have cdj 2000 ,djm 2000 (NUVJ) Grand vj with over videosTB of flash,mov,mp4.......... i wanted something new for video mixing.

i have bought expensive software (600 euro) which is not what you said in april ......then Vfx could not play mkv ,mp4.......
i have paid for software which i could not use for months.

my instalation was wrong
my files are not decoded well
my flasf files are not good

i have tried Vfx on several different computers.stronger and powerful

with every update something else is wrong...as you can see from the other users( i see clearly in my 50s)

what kind of answer is MY FLASH IS WORKING i do not know what version i use?

you have flash problems like NUVJ back in 2005 and it was never fixed..flash files are working only with specific version of flash player AND THEY SAID WHAT VERSION IS THAT ! they know what version !

now after 8 month when i load flash what is finally working(after removing unsupported ...which are working in other programs)
when load flash>i got twitch on video which is playing!!!!

after 8 month :when move select x button to change effects
picture is twitching every time when i move to change effects..
on hd videos picture stops when change to disco ball

i can say this I HAVE PAID FOR expensive program and it is not working I DONT HAVE TO WAIT 1 YEAR FOR FIX THAT WILL MAKE THIS WORKING FULLY ...i did not paid 100 euro for demo and help you with bugs .YOU DID NOT BOUGHT THIS MACHINE FROM ME !
YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME FIXES OR MY MONEY BACK


i am not PC expert and i don*t have to be..i have bought simple program for ordinary people ...if my files are working in other program ...i know the answer :problem is in Vfx

i have asked some DJ companies around europe for Vfx ...their answer was :we don*t sell this ...unstable

i am the club owner
and i do not wait to fix problems in my club for month ...i remove bad workers and fix problems quick BECAUSE OTHER CLUBS WILL EAT ME!

i have 2 solutions:

i have bought this Vfx in http://www.sonarscope.hr/ducan/
SEND THEM YOUR MP4 FILES and flash that are working fine
i will spent another 50euro to go 200km from my town.
I WANT THEM TO SHOW ME THAT IS WORKING on computer what you suggest wity your files !

i will just push fiew buttons and see what is going on

You send me files ? All the files that I have received are transmitted to the dev who fix them.
I have a collection of videos files that wasn't working before 1.2.1 that are working since. So I don't know who cheated you, but obviously not me.

I don't understand, it is now working or not ?
If it is working obviously things have been fixed.
The computer I'm using are in my signature and as you can see, Vfx run on an old quadcore with a 9500GT, so nothing very fancy nowadays.

Yes sometimes things can be broken when trying to fix other.

We doesn't use the conventional flash decoder from adobe, we use a personal decoder so version number doesn't applied here. There might be a gap between evolution of the official adobe coder/decoder but you can't as a user change the version of the decoder it is stuck into the code, so the information you want is useless because not applicable.

Twitch ? Do you mean that you have a little freeze while switching ?
If yes, this something we are aware of and is a little performance issue that need some works.

You're falling in some cases we have not, if we don't have the faulty medias we can't do nothing. We have fixed several issues like this with our sponsored djs that couldn't read some files and now can, as with some beta testers and even users.

Telling us that files we don't own/have are working in other apps won't tell us anything in order to fix things. Fixes are coming on each releases.

As already said I wasn't aware of all this because the title is 'mkv video problem' for me this is fixed since month.

You don't need to do that. Give the name of the files you have sent (to me ?!?), if I have them I'll test them.
I have 600 videos and only 2 doesn't work very well (beyond 0.5%)

Actually I give Vfx anything to eat (avi / flv / m2v / mkv / mov / mp4 / mpeg / mpg / vob) and when it doesn't work I give the dev the files to fix them. On the next beta I check it it works : simple as that.
I have all kind of extension, resolution files, nothing precise or more oriented.
Our sponsored/demo guys like to use mjpeg, I prefer VOB, each one will see pros/cons on format it's a matter of personal preferences.

How it can works for some an not others ?
You're talking about other companies, none of them have a more advanced software that can give some much option and features.
