Seems like i posted this in wrong section
so hereäs copy of it:

heres thing, today at club in 10th minute Vfx controller made strong electrical noise and after that, tried many times, but on controller right side player CUE button dont send any command to software... what should i do... i was lucky to have diffrent software with me, so i could continiue... and tomorrow is weekend allready... is there any fix?
Looks like it has deleted button action

Vfx controller is new, it was second play with it...

I don't think it's because of underpowered usb... i can push from my laptop's keyboard nr. 6 and that's CUE right now for me...
And contoller have it's own supply, not needed any usb power...

Let's find an another direction. Do you have this problem only on one button?

Yes, that problem is allways with same button : CUE..
My French is reaaly poor, but i understood, that active usb helped this guy..

Then i have to find one(active usb), it's really rare here....

I don't know for the button but it has helped him for noise. This noise happen with the soundcard of the Vfx when the usb port don't give enough power.

Surprisingly the fact that the unit almost have it's own supply doesn't help much in some case and then you need the hub.

ok, i went to store and buyed Active USB Hub, but result is still same...
and i made reset setting also to be sure, but....

what next?

I doesn't helped for what ? the noise or the button ? I suppose it is both...

For the noise I don't understand why it came after 10 minutes and is still there. If it was a ground loop it would have been continuous.
I have the exact same issue when playing for some minutes and after I plug an active usb hub it went away.
I really don't understand why it is still there...

When you go into view/info and you press the button does it send a message ?
