Hello all, I am new to Mixvibes and Cross DJ. I purchased Cross because I was under the impression scratching and latency on MIDI is great compared to traktor and virtual DJ. Well, either I have everything hooked up wrong or I was misinformed about the scratching and latency. Could someone please enlighten me on the correct setup for 2 CDJ 400s MIDI on Cross DJ? Do I need to setup an aggregate device? Has anyone had any success scratching with a CDJ 400 MIDI on Cross? When I scratch all it does is a stutter sounding pitch bend.

What is the gui saying : vinyl or cd ?
What mode is set on the jog of the cdj ?

Both the GUI and the CDJ mode are set for Vinyl. The LCD on my CDJ 400 is blank, doesn't show any track name or any information is this normal?

No information on the screen is a normal behaviour.
Concerning the scratch sound even if it is not perfect in this version it it is very far from a "stutter sounding pitch bend."

The only way to have the sound you describe is to be in pause, and moving the jog in no vinyl mode.

When I press jog mode on the cdj it turns jog mode to vinyl, then I scratch and its a skipping/stutter scratch instead of a smooth scratch.

Almost fixed in the next release.
