Hey guys, i bought a Dj-Tech i-mix today and after installing mixvibes correctly it says "MIDI file config problem"

I have no clue of how to fix this,
Please help me out (:

Hi,

First of all register your serial number into your profile. Then download the latest update from the download center: downloads.php

This update should include the latest MIDI file.

Thanks for the help but i'm still having trouble with this..

Now when i reinstall everything, first the cd-mix vibes and then the dl'ed patch, it says that the mixvibes is missing alot of different documents and files such as "readme.txt" etc

Everytime i reinstall it, something new is missing..

So the patch doesn't fully install itself

Maybe you get a problem during the download of the update? Iadvise you to donwload the update again and re-install it.

mixvibes must be closed before the update. You can't update an open file. Be sure all the files are unzip & not only one.

I'm gonna try re-dling it..

But the strange thing is how my mix-board "shines/glowes" tho it doesn't respond to any function i click/press..

Tho gonna try re-inst the patch again..

So after successfully installing everything.. The Word censored (guess you find it I love walking on it) still doesn't respond..

What am i doing wrong!

Are you sure of this? Can you describe step by step what you did?

1. Installed MixVibes CD
2. Installed Patch
3. Plugged DJ MIDI Controller (Dj-Tech I-mix) and opened MixVibes (program)

4. I added some music and started playing it.. DJ MIDI Cont. starts glowing (the 2x play/pause buttons) (blue light)
5. I paused the music, (CUE - red light - glows)

6. I've tried several times to change songs, scratch, play/pause, loop etc (prac. all the functions) by using the DJ MIDI Cont tho nothing happens.

Both my Device manager + MixVibes (preferences) says it's being used and that it's working.

So..?

Did you select the right MIDI mapping file? Can you post a screenshot of the MIDI option?
