If nô signal come from cue thé controller looks Dick. Mixvibes will give you sole solution on monday. But your problem of bad sound isn't coming from your controller but from a ground loop.

that is strange, because it was before i added ground loop isolator too, now it just comes when it wants(for example if i move tempo up or down, then it sure thing...), but all other sound is clear, so it's not ground loop, or do You suggest add 2 ground loops? it's clear allready - controller was broken from inside, so i just wait for official response... as it did work properly first 10 minutes only...

No but I don't understand where this noise is coming from. It can't be the controller. Did you tried to use the controller with an another sound card as your computer sound chip ?

ok, if i use Vfx controlles as just sound card, then no problems at all, all clear! but, if with MixVibes soft, then problems starts... i can tell about current version of software, that it needs planty of improvements, for start good BPM analyzer (current is crap, it counts many songs incorrectly, and this manual BPM does not wokr for me as it says), second interface for audio mixing only, and possibility change various setting...latency included. Playlist function that not just play files to the end but detects level where turn to next song, etc... Those are must do things for start.. Maybe 1.2 version have all those things updated, don't know.
But if i could get all working, it's strongest weapon on the market!!!
So it can be software whats makes the noise?

I don't think the software can do that, I have issue like this with a motherboard that have usb power issue and the hub solve it.
Do you still use the auto detect feature for the audio setup ? Try to switch it off and route it manually like this : main : 1&2 monitor : 5&6

If you have a second display output then remove it, you will have this black windows. It is the secondary display that can't found the other output.
I have tried there and by double clicking in the black area then closing with the little red Cross in the upper corner it is ok : I can close the windows.
