Hi all
I am looking to purchase the Cross full DJ system, but I am confused while looking at the product(s). Can someone please confirm - when you select Cross $129USD (from the "3 versions" link), is this the system that has the control records as well? Because, halfway down the page, it says "Want Cross + control records? Discover Cross DVS" and when you click on buy now it takes you to an Amazon page that says item unavailable!?!?!?!?!?? Basically, I want the full DVS system, with control records included, so is the Cross for $129USD what I am after, and if so, does that price include the control records, and include the international shipping cost?
It has been quite confusing for a new visitor to the site and the software/hardware....
Can anyone help?

The 129 is only a software license.
Not sure where to buy if Amazon is out of stock. Likely someone of Mixvibes can tell you.

Wow, what does it take to get an answer?!?!? I am getting no replies from support - I really want to buy the full Cross set-up, from scratch, including Control records etc....but I cannot find the answer myself on the site, and seem to get no reply from support...what do I need to get Cross from scratch, and why can I not seem to buy it from this site...are they still even manufacturing the Control records??????? Can anyone here help?

That's disappointing you not understanding Dutch... The country was named after the Dutch province Zeeland... (might be natives had a different name for it the millennia before...).

The audio interface can be of any brand. Cross is flexible for this. You do need 4in+4out; and depending on your setup the In may have to be able to accept phono (if your turn table only has phono out).

It concerns me a lot about the future of Cross that it's so hard to buy the physical products, and that there is often no official answer when anyone asks on here about where to buy it/them.

I seem to have misplaced my timecode vinyl during emigration from the UK to Australia. I can't find them for sale anywhere by themselves. So disappointing.

But I guess all attention is on the mobile apps....

Hi - thanks again guys, but I am still struggling - Jaymarkus, thanks, but there appears to be no English option on the site...I'll try calling them again during opening hours.

If any staff members from Mixvibes see this thread, please reply. I am getting no solid answers, and my patience is running out. All of a sudden, Traktor and/or Serato are looking like the only option to go, as I am getting no help whatsoever from the Mixvibes support email.

I would dearly love to get my hands on a Cross setup as it seems to be great competition for Traktor/Serato, but if I get no support (or advice) how is this a rich customer experience????
