Pioneer DDJ Ergo : Mapping not working(resolved)

Hi all,

I'm using a Pioneer DDJ Ergo K and trying to get the built-in mapping to play nice with Cross but without success. I have 1 of the 2 cd decks that work partly (either A or B, depending on a reason unknown to me), and the full 'mixer' part of the controller is non-functional.

I've also tried to map some function manually (upfaders and crossfader) to see if a full manual mapping would work, but still no joy.

I have a feeling that maybe the latest firmware for DDJ Ergo (1.4) could be the reason, as DDJ Ergo was reported to be working with Cross under firmware 1.2 .

Let me know if there is something I can do to help troubleshooting this, as I am fairly new to DJ hardware

- Did you choose the Dual Stereo routing mode in the Audio preferences?
- Did you uncheck the Control decks in the Vinyl/CD preferences?
