help with Hercules RMX (solved)

Hello just downloaded crossdj but when I attempt to usethe cue select button it boosts the overall output sound and no sound in the headphones.

You've probably have the wrong audio/sound set up

Please have a look at this thread and see my image (half way down the page) of how it should be set

right almost all sorted but sttill cannot cue the track to be mixed in in the headphones. shame because it looks like the programme has loads of potential

Which audio interface are you using? How it is configured? JimB already asked for this!
