I checked it again and realized that both players are working, but the toouch sensitive surface is not reacting properly. So depending on the pressure I apply and the number of fingers I am using it somethimes works and somethimes not. So it might be a hardware problem? Anyway I will compare it over the weekend with my friends controller.
did you look at the jog button of the controller
