Error Report U-Mix Control Pro on (64bit)PC

Hi Guys/Gals

Big problem here. My U-Mix Control Pro is not detected on my Windows 7 Home Premium(64bit) laptop. It appears in the Audio settings but when I select it, I get an error report saying "bad format".

some more information would be helpful for us to solve your problem.

So is this the first time you plugged in the U-Mix Control Pro on this notebook?
have you installed the newest driver?

Can you see the device at your device manager?

Have you installed any other program or plugged in anything else new?

Hi Christian.

Thanx man. I managed to resolve the issue. I installed the latest driver (control panel) so its working as it should
