Cross missing some features

Hello there.
I bought Cross a couple of days ago, and when I opened it, it was missing the mixer controls, they were just not there...
Can someone please help me with this?
I tried to reinstall it, and install it on another computer.. But still the same..

more info ,whats missing ,how do you have your software set up .are you in eternal mode, check preferences/audio/ drop down of sc routing do you want to use the internal mixer,,, little bit more info would help also have you looked at the user manual

Please go to Preferences and check the Audio tab. Switch the Routing Mode to "Dual Stereo", afterwards you can see the mixer section.

You have probably have Cross setup in "External Mixer" routing mode and that is why you don't see Cross Internal Mixer

All you have to do, is go to the Audio tab in Preference and set Cross audio routing mode to "Simple" or "Dual" Stereo (from the dropdown)
and you should see the Internal Mixer.

Go with your mouse and move down the line between mixer and tracks in mediabase. Hope this will help you.
