U-Mix Control Pro vs U-Mix Control Pro 2

Hi Guys,

I havent been the forum for quite some time, but would like to know what is the difference between the U-Mix Control Pro and pro 2. The controlers look exactly the same. What am I missing.

easier to check the fourm postings topic well discussed ,,will find some links,, quick and fast the pro 2 is set up for 4x2 sampler banks/locators dependent on the mapping ,, by way of info from mixvinz(the father of contro; pro)there are hardware differences to get this out of the same format,,,other than slight cosmetic changes ,ie labels and lack of notiches on the sliders ,(cosmetic),,plus now useing three led colors..,, not shure how,,,,other than a updated driver that might also be avaible for the pro also

some more info about the new version of the U-Mix Control Pro.
To start with, the product is a simple update to match with our new flagship software, CrossDJ 2.0:

_ re-mapping of the locator buttons : SELECT - 1-2-3
becomes 1-2-3-4 for access to 4 locators/loop locators/ samples per deck
--> The former 'mode' button becomes the 'select' to switch between Locators and sampler

_ Pitch mode an pitch range are moved under the pitch fader as shift functions of bend- and bend+

_ Shift function of FX select : Channel select

_ Slight comestic details

There is not much UMCP1 owners won't get access to, except 3 loc/samplers instead of 4.

Thanx Guys. The info is much appreciated. I'm also glad that I wont be missing out too much with U-Mix Control Pro 1.

I must say, alot has been happening on the MV developing side over the last 6 months. Great stuff.

with key board mapping and altering the MIDI mapping you still can tailor control pro 1 to suit your needs ,, when you get started ,,ask pleanty of help avaible
