updating profile

Hello,

I upgraded from mixvibes to Cross couple of years ago,
didn't update my profile back then.
Yesterday I eventually tried to do that, but when I try to submit,
my serial seems not to exist?
I'm 100% sure it's correct, so what should I do now?
