Sorry to hear that you got with your last post not enough or no message. So let me see wha we can do for you.
First I need some more information about what exactly is not working. Also I need information about your other hardware are you using timecode vinyl or cd and what devices are they.
Could you please create a config report and post it here to see if all is correct set up? If you create a report please let both timecode player running to see how good the quality is.
So if you could answer these questions to give us as much details as we can get to help best.
