Mixvibes software output problems

My first issue when first setting up mixvibes was that the sound quality was unbearably poor. I then downloaded updates for the program and driver and this issue was slightly improved with the sound becoming almost satisfactory. However it is still very muffled and poor quality compared to the capability of my speakers when being used with either my laptop or the decks alone. If the input level is any higher that 2 bars then the sound quality worsens drastically although I know my speakers can perform much louder and clearer sounds usually.

Now a new probem has also begun to occur where the 2nd deck becomes assigned to channel one and I cannot click it to change it back as nothing happens. This can temporarily be fixed sometimes by using the install wizard however it then jumps back to channel 1 when doing anything.
Please can you help as this is becoming more and more frustrating and I am yet to get any satisfactory use out of my product.

This is the config report currently where both decks are stuck on channel 1:

The config report says there is just one stereo output on your audio interface. It seems to be a driver issue

Can you explain me the relationship between volume of the timecode input and quality of the master outputs ?

I mean even without inputs you can still have output or are you trying to play real vinyl in bypass mode ?

How many outputs did you set into Preferences/Options/Soundcard ?
What driver is selected ?
How is routed the audio when you click on the setup box ?

Usually it is set on 2 outputs this must of just been accidental when troubleshooting. The problem doesn't change when set to two. When first trying to solve these problems I updated the driver and program which is what improved the quality to what it is now. If it is still a driver issue how can I solve it.

By this I meant that the louder the volume on the laptop the worse the sound quality gets so have the speakers full and laptop as low as possible optimises what sound quality there is. However this brings up the volume of the buzz/hum that seems to come from using mixvibes: this was not present before the updates when the sound quality was worse and only starts when the mixvibes program is open, however this is the least of my problems if the others are solved. Bypassing and using actual vinyl also results in even worse sound quality as it runs through the program but i know directly playing it there are no problems.

There are currently 2 outputs set for the output and the output device is and the output device is "MixvibesAsioUMix44".
The setup has U-Mix sound device 1 and 3 on the left and 2 and 4 on the right with monitor on the second row.

Does the soundcard feed the mixer in phono ? You should use a Line input.

Did you try to see if this static noise wasn't from an electrical source ? Some computer does this with usb soundcards.

Bypassing and using actual vinyl also results in even worse sound quality as it runs through the program but i know directly playing it there are no problems.

There is obviously something wrong with your setup, you certainly doing a double riaa conversion or not conversion at all.

There are currently 2 outputs set for the output and the output device is and the output device is "MixvibesAsioUMix44".

That's correct.

And your levels, timecodes should look like the deck 2.
