What about copy/pasting the volume settings of the mk2 on the other channel to see if it improve things ?
Do you use master tempo on the deck ?

I haven't used the master tempo.

Sorry I'm novice when it comes to using DVS system...How & where do I copy and paste volume settings?

Also I cannot control on screen? e.g. if I click to rewind the track back there is no response.

You cannot because the timecode is driving the track.
See into the audio settings where are the differences between both decks.
if it works with one, it should with the other.

My friends are using different DVS system and able to have controls on screen...Why doesn't tracks go back to cue point once cue and track search is pressed on cdj's?

And when you invert both decks inputs connection, does the issue change side ?

I haven't tried that yet, will be there thursday to set again...are there any settings on the CDJ's?
