Channel 1 Problems (sorted)

Postby dazb on 16 Aug 2012, 14:47

Hi all,

I’m experiencing difficulties in getting a response from Channel 1 of MV DVS 7. I am using an external mixer & vinyl turntable set up. Channel 2 works perfectly and I have all my input / output leads exactly the same for both channels. I have also swopped the time coded vinyl and used the same MP3 file on each channel but to no avail. One thing I have noticed is that small orange light appears on the soundcard apparatus when an input signal is being received. Channel 2 lights up but not Channel 1 however within the software itself the soundcard is being recognised.

Set up was working perfectly during recent party. Once the party was winding down I played a long MP3 though the software and took the player off vinyl mode on Channel 1. I have now tried to revert back to mixing via 2 vinyl mode channels and I cannot get a response from Channel 1.

Any ideas folks? I attach my config file for your perusal. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I have no doubt that I have in all likelihood done something completely idiotic and that this problem is probably very simple.

I don't see nothing strange into the config report, so try to run reset.exe from the DVS installation folder.
