Scratch with Pitchbend stick

I looked every MIDI file in Producer for inspiration but dont get it working. May some MIDI enthusiast can help me:
I try to use the pitchbend stick from my SL MK2 to make little scratches. Something like this:
<--(Stick left) -- Center -- (Stick right)-->
2 Beats back -- continue playing -- 2 Beats forward
Has anybody an idea how to realise this?
