Hi elgee!

This reply comes a little bit late but did you try mixvibes´s MIDI learn function?

Best regards

Hey,

first you have to create a new mapping file on the MIDI settings under preferences. Then you can activate MIDI and select the right device as MIDI input.

Then enable under options (not the preferences window) the MIDI lern function and after enabling you can go with your mouse to the function wait a second or two up to the point the button is lighning silver/white. Then you can push the button on your MIDI device and if all works it should light up light blue to see that it works.

After that you can map the next button.

If you need further information please ask where you have problems and descibe it as good as possible.

Thanks
Christian

Hi again Elgee

ELGEE wrote:i tryd with the MIDI learn function but couldnt get everything to work quite right.

you have to be more specific, please.
What couldn´t you get to work?

Did you set up your CDJ correctly? To check this activate status line from view menu. Now look at the bottom end of MixVibes window, if MixVibes receives any MIDI Message they are shown there.

Which button/fader causes problems, what does it do/not do and what you want it should do?

Here try this.
I created a mapping from scratch so i cant guarantee if it works.
But I guess the 14bit Pitchfader may cause trouble.
DJ-Tech CDJ 101.ini

You have to copy this file into your ...MixVibes/MIDI folder.
