I cannot get both of my outputs to work when using mixvibes DVS software. I have tried switching the numbers to 1 and 2 but sound will only come out of which ever deck is selected to number 1. when I try this on mixvibes Cross I can get both outputs to work but when I try this in DVS only 1 output seems to work.I have also updated everything but I still am having the same problem. Could someone please help me

thank you

From the download center download the latest driver for U-Mix 44.

Here: downloads.php?view=detail&df_id=402

Install, reboot, and then you should be able to use all outs and ins on U-Mix 44.

I hate to answer to post written in capital letter! You don't respect the common use of Internet forums.

So post again in a normal way and join details as a configuration report extract from DVS menu, some ideas about your hardware...

my question is obviously to get this workin ie how to when the inputs/outputs are not recognised as U-Mix44 ?? i have spent five days installing uninstalling reinstalling scouring web and MixVibes forum and to no avail not one one solution to get me u and running with this software or sound card it is so frustrating to say the the least also to see how many other pl have had this problem i just want to be able to get on with using my product and the time coded vinyl
my os is windows 7 premium-32/64bit 8gbram e2 vision amd 450's x2 radion graphics hd intergrated 1.65ghz on a samsumg rv515 laptop my problem is the absence of input and out put configs which show to be none at all i have sound in all test except i cannot select U-Mix 44 as a connection as it does not appear in any window to select it shows as asio configured but like i said as have others that the problem lies in the fact that it will not config in an input or output making it impossible to calibrate time coded vinyl or operate as i wish to here is the report as requested

I have had the DVS Ultimate pack for 5 days now and have had nothing but t rouble with it it will not recognise the inputs and outputs required to calibrate and shows zero connections i have taken all the neccersary steps that are required in the guide and also from the forum i have done a compatability test and it now says mixvibes DVS is incompatable also other info:

windows version 6.1
architecture amd64

havent a clue what this means though

i am running win7 premium
on a 32/64bit os
2xamd450 dual processors bridge with hd graphics
8gb ram
on a Samsung rv 515 notebook

no matter what i seem to do even tho the leds light up on the U-Mix44 console to show that there is a signal coming through from each deck it will not provide me with the U-Mix44 in the input/output section of the install wizard or even the asio setup page and regardless of the driver update i still have had no joy pls help as my hair is stating to fall out with all the stress pls and thanku.
here also is the config report once again:
