U-mix44 sound card problems?

Hey Guys!

I have the DVS Ultimate pack. I'm using turntables and sometime the lights are not flashing on the sound card so it's no sound. But if I restart my laptop then it works again(if I'm lucky) But usually it doesn't work in the last few days! pls help I'm going crazy!!!

Can you explain how exactly it happens, and what are your system preferences, because that might help.

I had this problem before BTW, it happens when USB connector is loose a bit, or I plug-in or out something that eats a little more current from the USB.
When this happens, the soundcard shuts down momentarily, goes back only, but for windwos it remains disconnected, so you have to re-plug it into the USB to make it work again.

Is this the same problem that you have?

Well I start up my laptop start the mixvibes hit start on the turntable everything goes well expect is no sound. The calibration is always 99-100%. If it not works I try to re-plug sometime it works sometime nothing happens. The power light is on but the output lights are not flashing.I have a toshiba laptop btw

Intel Core i5-2450M
3.1GHz PC Processor Speed
4GB RAM
500GB HDD
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system

Did you try other usb ports ?
What usb devices do you use at the same time ?

yea I tried all of the usb ports, doesn't make any change.I just use the U-Mix44 sound card nothing else is in the usb ports. But at the moment its working even tough I didn't changed nothing
