MixVibes Producer 7.4 and U46Mk2 please help !

Hi all.
I have quite a big problem for me, though it can breeze.
2 days ago I bought a set of cards MixVibes U46mk2.
I have windows 7
My problem is that the program does not see timecode.
I installed the drivers from the manufacturer ESI windows 7, the configuration consistent with the Install Wizard. Of course, everything on the card set to phono.
Previously, I played on the Maya44 USB and everything worked as God commanded.
When I turn monitoring can hear the squeak coming from the mixer, but does not see the MV signal at all, literally 0%. I also tried the drivers from the Download section, inputs and outputs respectively plugged, Vinyl new. System optimization for best performance also gave nothing.

Let me add that I downloaded the update to 7.4 from the Download section, here is the link:
Update Producer 7.4 RC1 & releases notes

I have a laptop Asus K72J
Processor: 4 x 2.4 GHz
Memory: 4GB RAM

Please help, greetings.

Sorry for my English. I used a translator. ^ ^

Hey,

can you see at DVS at the vinyl section an signal? or a flat line?
If no line then the input level is too high so decrease the volume to see the signal.

It is also helpful for us to get an config report when both players with vinyl control are running.
Please post this report here.

Thanks
Christian

Hey,

how sounds the audio when you press bypass at DVS? can you hear the "piep" sound at your mixer?

is it loud or a low signal sound?

regards
Christian

ok when it is very loud go to the asio driver panel at your windows (in the task bar the ESI driver or MixVibes driver depends on what you have installed) and decrease the volume of the channel 1 of the inputs to 50% or more if it is not enough.

I have a question is it a Turntable with phono out or Line out? if it is line set the input to line and disable the RIAA option.

Christian

Turntable is phono, I think. It's Technics 1200MK2.
OK, I Change volume to 50%.
