Jumping Vinyl Mode

last week I had a party and used there two different decks. One Deck was with two turntables and one with CDs. I had two laptops with two U46 so this can't happen at switching from Vinyl to CD. (two DJ with different decks
)
So the problem. Both decks where running in relative Mode with turntables. After a few hours I loaded a track in deck 1 and suddenly the deck 2 was jumping to the real position at the vinyl.
This happens on both systems with CDs and also the turntables.
I read today in a thread that I have not only this problem.
To the specs of my hardware:
Laptop: Fujitsu Lifebook E780 Professional (i5 2,4GHz, Win 7 Prof. x64 - 4GB Ram)
U46MK2 Soundinterface
one Midi-controller connected: Akai LPD-8
Timecode CDs and Vinyl and also neadle where totaly new.
I tested it today on my system again with MixVibes 7.218. I can reproduce it after a hour and then setting the neadle to the first line of the vinyl. Then deck 2 is jumping to the real position. (maybe thinking neadle drop was so it jumpes to the current position????)
Now I will test it also with MixVibes 7.4 RC if it happens there too.
