Hello all, I'm new to this, and hopefully I've entered my serial number correct. I've seen a few topics but couldn't read them.

When i try put an iTunes song on the deck it says "Cant Load Media Too Big to be loaded into memory"

Do i have to convert the file?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Medias issues
Error code: "Can't load media error message - file to big to load....."
- DRM protected files? DRM = copyright-protected, those files can't be used outside the host application (usually iTunes or Windows Media Player).

Cheers,

Hi,

I don't think your files are DRM protected.
Which product do you own exactly ?
I guess you bought a Numark or ION controller, didn't you ?
This version is quite old and had some bugs, but unfortunately there's no update available for your product (you may contact Numark or ION for more info).

The latest Cross DJ version (1.5.2) works without issue with these files (without DRM !!). Check the demo out! You can then upgrade to Cross DJ and have your problems gone ;)

Cheers,

same here, i have an ION discover DJ controller.

so theres no update? im using the demo at the moment,
but if theres no update how the hell am i meant to use the software and controller after the demo ends?
its crap, pretty much given away money there.
I am not happy they still sell products that they know wont work, and its not like its a small fault either, without being able to play music on the software, you cant mix, which is the whole freakin point!
